Player Account Management

To use our real-money services, you must register a personal Player Account. You are responsible for maintaining your account and ensuring all personal details are kept accurate and up-to-date. All information provided during registration must be truthful.

Single Account Policy

Each player is permitted to create only one personal account. Creating multiple Player Accounts (“Duplicate Accounts”) by a single player is a serious breach of these Terms. If a player is found to have Duplicate Accounts, the Company reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to take specific actions. This action may include the following consequences:

  • Termination of all such accounts.
  • Cancellation of all payouts and bonuses associated with the Duplicate Accounts.
  • Reclamation of any returns, winnings, or bonuses that the player has gained or withdrawn from the Duplicate Account.

Account Security and KYC

The Player shall not provide access to their Player Account to any third party, including minors. You are solely responsible for all actions taken on your account and for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. The Company reserves the right to conduct a Know Your Client (KYC) procedure at any time, which may include requesting identity documents or making a phone call to your registered number. Withdrawals may be suspended until the account is fully verified.

Deposits and Withdrawals

The internal operating currency of our platform is the Euro. If you transact in other currencies, the amount deducted from your payment method may be higher than displayed due to currency conversions. The Casino is not a financial institution; your account will not bear interest and no conversion services are offered.

Deposits

To ensure financial security and regulatory compliance, all deposits must adhere to strict guidelines. These rules govern the source of your funds and the requirements for using them on our platform.

  • You must make deposits only from a bank account, bank cards, e-wallets, or other payment methods that are registered in your own name.
  • Using third-party payment methods is strictly prohibited.
  • If we determine during security checks that you have violated the third-party payment rule, your winnings will be confiscated, and the original deposit will be returned to the owner of the payment account.

  • All deposits must be wagered at least three times before a withdrawal of any funds associated with that deposit is available.

Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal is 20 Euro. All withdrawal requests are subject to our internal security and KYC checks, and we reserve the right to hold payouts for the time needed to perform this verification. Specific limits are enforced to ensure compliance. If a win exceeds the monthly limit (excluding progressive jackpots), we reserve the right to divide the payout into installments. The standard withdrawal limits are set as follows:

  • Per Week: 5,000 Euro.
  • Per Month: 15,000 Euro.

If you provide false or incomplete personal data during the KYC process, the withdrawal will be refused and the Player Account terminated, of which you will be informed by email.

Anti-Fraud and Prohibited Conduct

We maintain a strict zero-tolerance anti-fraud policy. If fraudulent activity is suspected, we reserve the right to terminate the Player Account and cancel all payouts at our sole discretion. We may also be obliged to inform relevant regulatory bodies in Ireland of such actions. Prohibited fraudulent actions are defined as, but not limited to, the following conduct:

  • Participating in any type of collusion with other players.
  • Development of strategies aimed at gaining unfair winnings.
  • Fraudulent actions against other online casinos or payment providers.
  • Initiating chargeback transactions with a credit card or denying payments made.
  • Creating two or more accounts (Duplicate Accounts).
  • Providing of forged documents.
  • Low-risk roulette play where the player bets equal stakes for both black/red or even/odd.
  • Any other actions which may damage the financial or operational standing of the Casino.

Liability and Error Handling

You accept that gambling may lead to financial loss, for which the Casino is not liable. We are not liable for hardware or software defects, unstable internet connections, or other technical errors. You agree to fully indemnify the Casino, its directors, and employees from any costs or damages arising from your use of the Website.

If a wager or payment is performed by us in error, we reserve the right to cancel or correct it. If your account is mistakenly credited with winnings, the amount remains our property and will be deducted.

Refund and Dormant Account Policies

A refund request will only be considered if it is requested within twenty-four hours of the alleged transaction, or within thirty calendar days if a Player alleges that another individual has accessed their Player Account. Before a refund is processed, all bonuses and winnings in your balance will be deducted. If there is no login activity on your Player Account for a consecutive period of six months, the account will be considered Inactive (“Dormant”), and we reserve the right to apply an administrative fee or remove any remaining balance.

Dispute Resolution

Players can contact our customer service team to file complaints regarding our services. Complaints are handled by the support department and escalated within the organization if not resolved immediately. We will only acknowledge a complaint started by the original account holder. In the event of any dispute, you agree that the server logs and records shall act as the final authority in determining the outcome of any claim. All disputes arising from these Terms shall be settled exclusively by arbitration in accordance with the laws of Ireland.
